The production of our poultry

We produce poultry that is cooked on the bone. After cooking the meat is removed from the bone and pasteurised with the addition of real broth. This adds more flavour, boosts juiciness and allows the meat to keep for up to six weeks.

The following cuts are available: chicken fillet, chicken breast and legs (all natural proportions) and shredded poultry. Professional caterers, industrial kitchens and industrial meal providers use our traditional poultry in meals, sandwiches, soups and sauces, and as pizza topping.
